Payment deducted but not received

If money was deducted from your account but the payment appears cancelled, failed, or the merchant didn’t receive it, don’t worry, your funds are safe.
Here’s what to do:

🧾 1) Collect all transaction details

Before contacting support, gather:
  • Amount sent
  • Date and time of the payment
  • Screenshot of the payment status inside Peanut (you can just share the receipt link)

📩 2) Contact Peanut Support

Go to peanut.me/support and send your transaction details.

💸 3) Refund timeline

Usually the Refunds are processed in 48hr. NOTE: If you had an issue with a payment on Saturday or Sunday, the refund will be processed on Monday, refunds are only handled on workdays.

🔒 Important

Your funds are never lost. Cancelled or failed transactions are automatically reversed by the provider once confirmed.
